Spearheaded strategies for new merchant and shopper products, identified 5+ key opportunities for business growth and translated them into feasible designs through collaborations with key partners in Product, Engineering, and Marketing.
Reduced the average time for merchants to onboard from weeks to days and get products installed in a matter of minutes, while removing manual processes from internal implementation managers. This led to several hundred merchant sign-ups post-launch
Increased abandoned cart recovery rate from 6% to 13% (some up to 26%) and helped merchants recover over $18M in potentially lost revenue
Delivered a new product in less than 60 days with Engineering and Product partners as a company holiday initiative
Contributed components and UX patterns to the design system for merchant and shopper experiences

Worked within the Commercial Card business to design solutions around corporate card management, B2B receivables and payments, and User Identity.
Delivered a cohesive expense management platform for card admins and card users to cut out unnecessary manual processes and redundancies
Conducted 50+ research sessions in-office and on-site to understand more about how commercial Card administrators manage their programs to inform design changes in the new Commercial Card Platform
Implemented a mobile design system for commercial card iOS and Android applications
Created a global single sign on vision and strategy for commercial banking products

Design Lead on a new customer-facing web platform. Worked through complex problems and workflows in the transportation and supply chain management industry to produce intuitive solutions to address root business and user problems, and increase user adoption.
Led on-site research sessions with users across industries to inform improved designs and IA for the App and identify key problems for supply chain managers
Built a SCSS style guide to aid Engineering in creating a design system for Navisphere products to help decrease front-end engineering time and create a more cohesive experience across products

Delivered easier to manage sites, and worked closely with content strategist and engineering to reduce tech debt by redesigning and migrating client sites
Helped the largest and most diverse county in Minnesota create a fully WCAG 2.0 compliant Intranet and Public site that contained 75% less content to allow a more effective and efficient experience for residents
Led stakeholder workshops and collaborated with UXA, Strategists, and Developers to create digital strategies and deliverables
Education
The UW Division of Design educates and trains designers to create and develop concepts that optimize the function, value, and appearance of communications, products, and systems for the benefit of both industry and society. While pursuing the Design program, I gained interdisciplinary education in Industrial Design and Human Computer Interaction, as well as International Studies and Geography.
